KRI of a Legal Officer: • Timely visit to SRO for creation of Mortgages well before the disbursement planned date. • Timely visit for discharge of mortgages for fore-closures and cancellation loans. • Liaising with Seller and visiting SRO office for completing purchase transactions and collection of all the original property documents. • Visiting the BT Banker / Financier to handover the cheque. • Co-ordinating with BT Bank to get the original property documents. • Assigning on day to day business as per requirement
