• Leads and manages projects consisting of multiple teams and requiring integration with other activities. • Coordination with Site Engineers and Contractors for New branch, Branch Shifting & renovation works. Support is to be extended to zonal Infra Managers for Repair and maintenance works and clearing of technical issues at the site. • Estimation of quantities, finalization of layout plans in coordination with the concerned RM & preparation of Work Orders for related works. • Detailed checking and verification of all bills • Provide technical expertise in idealizing new Infra requirements & innovations for branches. • Constantly looking for opportunities for cost reduction should have thorough knowledge regarding material specification and market rates. • Skillful in vendor negotiation. Coordination with consultants for renovation/construction of own buildings whenever required. • providing infra-related support to group companies whenever required. • Play a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate process and tools & coach members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project team. • Use good judgment and skills to achieve the project goals within designated project constraints. • Use knowledge and experience to provide the right balance of agility and predictability.
