Puget Sound Care is hiring cooks for all shifts in our 5-Star skilled nursing facility located in West Olympia. We currently have an opening for a FT cook, with experience working in a healthcare setting with different prescribed diet types and textures. Responsibilities: • Prepares and serves food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations • Direct the meal service under the direction of the Dietary Manager and Regional Registered Dietician, in order to ensure that quality food and dining service is provided • Follow infection control and safety measures Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to speak, understand, read and write English • Food handler's permit Offer of employment is contingent upon background check results.
