Job Details: Job Location: Shirley - Roxbury, MA, Salary Range: $19.36 - $19.36Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Other, Primary Responsibilities: Checks packaged meals and labeled bags against the delivery slip.  Conducts food temperature checks as requested  Call dispatch for instructions if there is no answer at the delivery site  Reports immediately the inability to reach a participant, by calling dispatch  Follows professional and company/agency standards for client confidentiality  Attends appropriate training sessions as required by City Fresh Foods Policy  Maintain safety and care in operation of a delivery vehicle  Other duties as assigned by manager  Qualifications: Qualifications and Skills:  Valid Mass driver’s license required Must have a clean driving record  Ability to read and speak English required Bilingual – Proficient in English and Spanish or Cape Verdean desired On your feet for extended periods of time Ability to enter and exit vehicle multiple times a day Ability to lift 50 pounds Follow CFF protocols and guidelines Company vehicle provided if Institutional driver (HDM drivers may use own vehicle) Excellent customer service skills Demonstrate good communication skills  Ability to carry out instructions  Relate in a positive manner to agency staff and the elderly population served  Time management skills desired CDL not required but would be welcomed   DISCLAIMER: This job responsibility description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the employer as necessitated by business demands.
