Intercompany Transaction Management • Process intercompany invoices in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements. • Ensure timely recording of intercompany journals and adjustments. • Maintain accurate documentation for all intercompany transactions. Reconciliation & Analysis • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and resolve variances in a timely manner. • Investigate and resolve mismatches or disputes in intercompany accounts. Month-End & Reporting • Support month-end closing activities including accruals, eliminations, and reclassifications. • Prepare intercompany reporting and submit them as per deadlines. Netting & Settlement • Manage intercompany netting processes ensuring timely settlement of balances. • Coordinate with Treasury teams for payments and receipts related to intercompany settlements.
