Collections and Administration  Timely collections and monitoring outstanding debts for commercial clients  Investigating, escalation and/or resolution of client enquiries  Regular follow up of payments for invoices due  Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders  Perform ad-hoc tasks as required Receipting and Allocations  Checking bank transactions and resolution of issues with unidentified payments and overpayments Reporting  Providing weekly and monthly reports for aged receivables and collections  Assisting with Period End reporting as required  Diploma holder of bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.  Previous experience as Account Receivable StaƯ, Billing and Collection StaƯ or equivalent. Experience, skills and organisational knowledge  At least two 2 years’ experience in high volume collections Personal Attributes  Organized and has attention to detail  Customer service focused  Collaborates and shares knowledge  Open to and actions feedback  Displays initiative and resolution focused  Builds good interpersonal relationships  Communicates clearly  Working knowledge of Copilot highly regarded.
