As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling inbound/outbound calls to potential customers. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule inspections Aid in other office responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous interactions with customers Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities Enter and update customer information accurately in the database Meet or exceed call quotas and sales targets Qualifications & Benefits: Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred Bookkeeping and leadership experience are highly desirable.
