Primary responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end new client experience activities, ensuring a seamless transition and positioning clients for success from the outset of the relationship.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for new clients by answering questions, providing timely updates, sharing essential information, and helping clients understand how to engage effectively with the Private Bank.

• Anticipate and resolve issues that could affect the client experience, escalating risks or delays when appropriate.
• Capture client and stakeholder feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape the “Becoming a Client” roadmap.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills, with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and timely execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
