Job Details: Job Location: 3016 Kernersville NC - Kernersville, NC, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.00Hourly, We are seeking an Onsite Supervisor with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Partners Personnel team in Greensboro, NC. Will be working at client's facility in Kernersville. 1st Shift, Monday-Friday. Must be flexible. If you live in or near Greensboro/Kernersville area, we offer: Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000 annually, depending on experience Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position. Payroll processing Daily walk-throughs Safety Observations Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments, Troubleshooting associate needs, Attending meetings with management when necessary.
