Key Responsibilities • Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and successful delivery of offshore projects. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management activities. • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine, QA/QC, HSE, and Client teams for smooth project execution. • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and contractual requirements. • Lead project review meetings and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients. • Ensure compliance with offshore safety regulations, company HSE policies, and industry standards. • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and third-party service providers involved in project execution. • Review and approve project plans, procedures, schedules, and resource allocations. • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures. • Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues impacting project performance. • Ensure timely completion of offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning, and handover activities. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Educational Qualification • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Marine / Offshore / Electrical or related discipline). • PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred. Experience • 15-20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore EPC, Offshore Construction, or Marine Projects. • Proven experience managing offshore platforms, subsea, pipelines, jackets, topsides, brownfield or greenfield projects. • Experience in handling multidisciplinary project teams and client interactions.
