B.E / CMA / MBA / ACCA 4+ years extensive experience in Intercompany processes with progressive experience in Finance, Shared Services, Intercompany Operations, Process Excellence, or Transformation Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and compliance requirements SAP (ECC and S4) FICO Modules & Oracle R12 knowledge with expertise in GL Well versed with integration of FI with other modules of SAP (ECC and S4)/Oracle R12 Understand how R12 maps to SAP (ECC and S4) and connection of harmonized values Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies Have knowledge of Project management methodologies Process mapping and business analysis techniques Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities Multi-national experience essential Evaluate multiple solutions and make sound recommendations Think strategically, not just transactionally Work effectively with global teams across different time zones and cultures Escalate issues appropriately Innovation Mindset Support ERP, automation, and process transformation projects Help stakeholders adapt to new tools, workflows, and controls Drive adoption of continuous improvement initiatives Build strong partnerships with regional & global process owners Implement best practices and global standards across regions and business units Support end-to-end process redesign activities Provide technical support for monthend & yearend close activities to ensure timely issue resolution Partner with Finance, Treasury, AP, AR, Controllership, and IT teams to drive efficient issue resolution and process continuity
