This position focuses on patient safety, customer service, and maintaining a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff Officers will patrol facilities, respond to incidents, observe and report safety concerns, and use de-escalation techniques to promote a secure and welcoming healthcare environment What You'll Do Patrol hospital and healthcare facilities Maintain a visible security presence Assist patients, visitors, and healthcare staff Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas Observe and report suspicious activity and safety concerns Complete incident reports and daily activity logs Respond to emergencies and security incidents Utilize de-escalation and conflict-resolution techniques Assist with access control and visitor management Coordinate with healthcare staff, supervisors, and law enforcement Why Work with IC Security?
