Manages the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer Associate Manager for the Assembly Integration Test and Launch (AITL) organization. This position will support a new IRAD program as one of the Test Managers. ## Basic Qualifications * BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or related experience * Experience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test including Electrical, Mechanical, Ordnance, and Environmental. * Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test. * US Citizenship required, ability to obtain a Secret Clearance ## Desired Skills * Experience Leading a Team through Testing * Experience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365. * Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization. * Experience in communicating and briefing program management. * Test Engineer and/or Certified Test Conductor * Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment * Must have an Active Secret security clearance Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
