Who You Are Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Senior What You Will Be Doing Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity. AeroSCM ## Basic Qualifications 2+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Experienced in procurement principles, contract management, supply chain management Experienced as a mentor or leader with established communications skills Experience collaborating and communicating cross-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite; to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint --- ## Desired Skills Experience issuing request for proposals (RFP/RFQ), analyzing bids (supplier proposal) or in contract negotiations Lead and participate in supplier evaluations to assess the suppliers' readiness to meet the production and sustainment needs In depth understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and supply chain management Experienced in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects --- Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
