## Standard Job Description This position is for Configuration Management (CM) for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) CM team, located in Fort Worth, Texas. Key responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and enforce CM plans, policies, and procedures for the program. * Perform CM tasks such as configuration identification, control, status accounting, and audit activities. * Participate in risk and opportunity assessments, identifying configuration‑related risks and proposing mitigation strategies. * Support contract and customer deliverables (e.g., audit reports, as‑built records, technical data packages), ensuring timely and accurate submissions. * Support proposal activity, including review of CSOWs and SSOWs to support BOE development. ## Basic Qualifications * Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education with at least 5 years of professional experience * Configuration Management experience * The ability to acquire and maintain a DoD Secret clearance ## Desired Skills * Experience with the proposal process, CSOWs, SSOWs, and BOE creation * Experience with program milestones, including Functional and Physical Configuration Audits * Knowledge of CM and Systems Engineering industry standards * Experience working in ADP or in a Classified environment * Existing Program/Security clearances preferred Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
