The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Conducts research and plans development and design of gas and solid state lasers, masers, infrared, and other light emitting and light sensitive devices. Designs electronic circuitry and optical components with specific characteristics to fit within specified mechanical limits and to perform according to specifications. May conduct application analysis to determine commercial, industrial, scientific, medical, military or other use for electro-optical devices. ## Basic Qualifications * Demonstrated ability working with either Zuken/ Xpedition/ or Altium * Demonstrated ability to do schematic capture * Demonstrated ability to work with Printed Wiring Board (PWB) layout designers * Some experience with Worst Case Circuit Analysis ## Desired Skills * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education * Familiarity with lasers, laser integration, and/or laser control * Testing Printed Circuit Board (PCB) * Fabrication of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) * 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline. * Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
