This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. ## Basic Qualifications * Low Observable (LO) Coatings experience. * 3+ Years of experience or more in manufacturing &/or Production Operations * Experience leading projects * Knowledge and experience with SFM, and QADS software * DCMA/Customer experience ## Desired Skills * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles * Knowledge of Project Management * Analytical skills to establish, maintain and interpret key metrics * Ability to work independently and without direct supervision. * Understanding of production operations processes * Root Cause Corrective Action along with Green or Black Belt experience. * Ability to build and maintain a strong network or utilize their knowledge or experiences to influence solutions that benefits business partners * Gather relevant information systematically, consider a broad range of issues or factors; grasp complexities and perceives relationships among problems or issues * Strong communication and problem solving skills.
