## Standard Job Description Seasoned Software Integration Engineer with proven experience building, debugging, and maintaining Java and Python based integration services on AWS Required Programming Languages: Java and Python ## Basic Qualifications \- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education \- 9 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience. \- An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years. \- ***Ability to support an on-call rotation \- Required Programming Languages: Java and Python \- Systematic root cause analysis; can break down a problem into reproducible steps and communicate findings clearly. \- Works effectively with the team (internal and cross domain); comfortable reviewing MRs and providing constructive feedback. \- Takes end to end responsibility for integration components—from design through production support. \- Hands on software development focused on integration, or API centric products. \- Direct experience building and maintaining services in AWS (including production monitoring) i.e. Lambda, OSS, Cloud Watch, SQS/SNS, DynamoDB ## Desired Skills \- Demonstrated ability to debug complex, cross language codebases (Java ↔ Python) under pressure (e.g., on call rotations) \- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with regular sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming.
