## Standard Job Description You will be the Inspection Supervisor for the Quality Inspection team. What You Will Be Doing As the Inspection Supervisor you will be responsible for leading quality inspection initiatives that ensure product and process excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Collaborating with quality, manufacturing, engineering, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues. * Supporting future rate increases through staffing and process improvement initiatives. * Developing strategies to improve performance and yields. * Designing and analyzing inspection processes and conducting statistical analysis. * Coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
