## Standard Job Description * Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. * Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. ## Basic Qualifications * 3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies. * Working experience with assemblies, Circuit Card Assembly Production and Coating application. ## Desired Skills * Ability to interface with customers on a professional level. * Strong leadership and decision-making skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive team performance. * Knowledge of business metrics and performance tracking. * Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and compliance requirements. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and team-building abilities. * IPC/WHMA 610 Certified is a plus.
