## Standard Job Description * Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks. * Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. * Produces engineering documentation, reports, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics). * Performs detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas; preliminary analyses of data where guidelines are provided in such areas as trajectory adequacy, model dimensional consistency; and quantitative judgments concerning technical data. * Uses personal computer in performance of analyses and development of documentation/reports. May conduct tests and record data to assist with engineering evaluation or analysis. ## Basic Qualifications * High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional technical training sufficient enough to perform required basic calculations, electronic/mechanical assembly/test, computer operations, etc. * Ability to read and understand engineering design drawings and interpret design specifications and their applicability to manufacturing. * Proficient with machine troubleshooting and maintenance * Proficient with Microsoft Office ## Desired Skills * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities * Clear and effective communication skills * Uses mechanical, power, and pneumatic tools * Creates manufacturing engineer instructions and visuals * Provides manufacturing input for new product development * Hands on experience in a manufacturing environment * SAP experience * Project management experience in a cross functional team * Programming and data analysis experience * Knowledge of GD&T in accordance with ASME Y14.5 * Ability to create and modify CAD models in PTC Creo * Experience with advanced manufacturing methods such as additive manufacturing, CNC machining, robotics, casting, vacuum forming, injection molding, etc. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $48200.00 - $89400.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
