These services are provided to assist with successfully re-entering the community while avoiding new offenses.   Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director, the Program Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily programmatic operations including program development, supervision, staff training, quality assurance and program evaluation. This position supervised the Assistant Program Manager, Job Developer and Case Management staff.
