Job Details: Job Location: 48 Howe Street New Haven Fund - New Haven, CT, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School/GED, Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00Hourly, Job Shift: First Shift, Position: Facility Maintenance Technician Program: Property Management Location: New Haven (Travel is required) Salary: $21.00-23.00/hour Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday   Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, will act as an on-site representative of The Connection and as a steward of the agency’s property.  Will be responsible for the maintenance of the assigned properties and will be responsible for the electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC repairs.  This position may require travel to other locations. The eligible candidate for this position would work full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday with on call overtime. Working within Administrative Services, the Facilities Specialist is part of the Property Management team that supports smooth operations for agency programs across the state.
