The Accountant will join the Collier Accounting team and will be primarily responsible for financial accounting needs of our construction projects and assigned financial analysis. Qualifications: Essential Job Qualifications:  Bachelors degree in accounting and CPA a plus Strong Excel skills/experience required Possess sufficient knowledge of internal systems/controls to evaluate current processes Strong problem solving and analytical skills Construction accounting knowledge a plus Ability to complete complex reconciliations Preparation of various financial statements and analysis reports Provide an analytical review of financial results using Excel, Word or Powerpoint Attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy, validity and completeness Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment Willingness and ability to accept new projects as they develop Our Culture How We’re Different: The Collier Companies is a fast-growing company that fosters a professional attitude and a strong team spirit.
