Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. 2-4years’ experience in shipping 2-4 years’ experience in manufacturing Safe operation of hand tools, including a nail gun. Forklift certification preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be able to read and understand a tape measure. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Able to operate hand tools, including but not limited to: drill, saw, hammer, crowbar, circular saw, nail gun and heat gun. Capable of basic maintenance on all equipment in the shipping department.   Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Essential Functions Perform work to meet production requirements and shipping schedules.
