Background in financial services, asset management, or a related domain is strongly preferred; familiarity with financial and accounting data in a regulated environment is a meaningful advantage. 7+ years of experience in a relevant engineering discipline, including experience leading or working closely with data engineering teams across integration, pipeline, or analytics delivery. 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role. Familiarity with agile delivery practices and experience managing delivery within an agile team structure. Experience working within or alongside large enterprise platforms, with an understanding of integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and a working understanding of how AI is reshaping engineering practices and solution delivery. Experience managing mixed teams of full-time and contract resources. Strong communication skills and comfort engaging directly with business stakeholders. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience. Building and maintaining direct relationships with business stakeholders in the Finance, Accounting, and Operations domain.
