What you've got You have 0-2 years of related professional experience. You hold, or will be completing, a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Economics, Finance, Business or a related discipline. A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred. You possess strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiating skills. You have solid interpersonal skills and demonstrate a passion for customer service. You must be willing to complete professional designation(s) and continued insurance education. You must have permanent work authorization in the United States. You must possess and maintain a valid driver's license for regular travel to customer locations.
