Sagis Diagnostics is seeking a Full Time Materials Coordinator II. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Houston, TX 77092  Coordinates the transfer of marketing, clinical, and lab products between various lab areas and external locations  Deliver or route materials to departments using wheeled carts, pallet jacks or dolly  Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet demands Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes Collects and analyzes data on current orders, inventory levels, and sales forecasts to estimate future demand for materials  Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications Partner with lab management to ensure all supply items are appropriately received, inventoried, and stored.  Monitor inventory weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly to ensure all required client orders and lab operations can be successfully fulfilled efficiently.  Provide recommendations for improvement regarding the inventory system and supply ordering and shipping.
