• Typically requires a bachelors degree in business administration, information technology or related discipline and nine or more years of progressive Business Program Management experience (e.g., strategic business, operations, business process, program administration, or project/business management). Equivalent professional experience may be substituted in lieu of education. • Must have thorough knowledge of business process principles, concepts, theory, and practices as well as strong project leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines. • Must be able to contribute to the development of new business process principles and concepts and be able to resolve complex management problems. • Must be able to serve as a spokesperson for projects and/or programs and possess strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with others. • Ability to transition from individual project ownership to broader accountability for team performance, capability, and results. • Ability to establish standards, templates, processes, and performance measures that improve consistency and execution. • Must be customer focused and able to work on a self-initiated basis and in a team environment. • Proficient with various software suites including but not limited to: MS Word, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio. • Must be able to work extended hours and travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with tools such as SAP and its functionality, Jira, Power Automate, and SharePoint is highly desirable • Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma are highly desirable • Experience with agile implementation, transformation initiatives, organizational change management, or process adoption is highly desirable • Experience working in a complex regulated environment is highly desirable
