• Typically requires a Bachelors in Business Administration or related discipline and nine or more years of progressively complex experience in the project administration field with at least three of those years in project management. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education. • May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education. • CCM and/or PMP certification highly desired. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project required. • Experience with cloud-based construction management platforms (i.e. Procore, Auto Desk, or equal) required. • Experience as an owner’s representative desired. • Experience with ICD 705 and accreditation requirements. • Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations. • Understanding of MEP systems (medium voltage distribution, process piping, humidification systems, building automation systems, etc.) desirable. • Must be able to work in high pressure environment with extensive experience in negotiation, relationship building, and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. • Must possess: • the ability to initiate, plan and manage projects; • the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop solutions to a wide range of issues; • strong communication, computer, documentation, presentation and interpersonal skills; and • the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be able to work extended hours and travel as required
