• Typically requires education or formal training equivalent to the completion of an associate's degree in business administration or a related discipline. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education. • Must have a good understanding of project management processes and procedures, planning and scheduling methods, and budget management. • Ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate workloads to meet established milestones and budgets. • Experience with Microsoft Sharepoint Administration and forms using Infopath. • Must possess the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately throughout an evolving environment and organize work assignments to meet established timetables. • Strong communication, computer, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Must be able to work extended hours as required. • Understanding of engineering concepts, principles, and theory with technical experience is desirable • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance is required.
