Solutioning & Capture: Lead technical solutioning for high-priority proposals, RFI/RFP responses, white papers, and customer capability demonstrations. Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted technical advisor to APG stakeholders, surfacing emerging customer requirements to shape future program strategy and contract vehicles. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field with 12 years of progressive experience in Army C5ISR systems engineering and technical business development (or Master's degree with 10+ years). APG Ecosystem: Deep understanding of the Army C5ISR, engineering, and S&T ecosystem, specifically how CPE C2IN, CPE ISW, and DEVCOM C5ISR collaborate to concept, develop, and field C2 and intel systems. Customer Relationships & Name Recognition: Established technical credibility, professional reputation, and trusted relationships across Army C5ISR organizations, key leadership, and program offices. Cross-Functional Solutioning: Demonstrated experience translating enterprise/corporate capabilities and collaborating with internal R&D/Fellows organizations to deliver technical solutions for defense customers. Market Development & Capture: Proven experience supporting market growth, capture management, technical proposal writing, customer briefings and building customer relationships across Army C5ISR organizations. Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Active participation and recognized technical thought leadership in APG regional industry forums, technical associations, and working groups. Background in AI/ML model deployment at the tactical edge for automated decision aid tools within C2 environments.
