Provide the government customer expert technical assistance to enable the Information Assurance (IA) program of an organization, system, or enclave. Implement and enforce information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies. Prepare and maintain security documentation and records. Evaluate security solutions for processing classified information. Advise configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware. Serve as the approval authority for assigned systems. Obtain Certification & Accreditation (C&A) for assigned systems. Administer user identification and authentication mechanisms. Plan and coordinate IT security programs and policies. Interact with Government customers, IT staff, and high-level corporate officers to define and achieve IA objectives. The pay range for this position is $120,000 to $190,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors.
