Provide expert technical leadership in the development, documentation, and integration of concepts of operations, design specifications, system requirements, and engineering management plans Conduct implementation planning and test plans as part of a team with senior executives, project managers, data scientists, and engineers. Define and document concepts of operations, operational/system requirements, and use cases to support system development. Perform high-level systems design. The pay range for this position is $90,000 to $225,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. LI-RC2 Develop installation, integration, and acceptance test plans. Continuously assess existing organizational processes and work products to optimize strategic and tactical efforts.
