Job Details: Job Location: 100 LEGENDS BAY DRIVE - SPARKS, NV, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Graveyard, Job Category: Culinary , Job Description:  The Line Cook will support the Legends Bay Grill Chef.    Job Requirements:  Responsible for preparing menu items as directed by the recipes provided by the Sous Chef and/or Executive Chef.   Ensures that the quality and presentation of food products meet company standards.  Responsible for preparing, finishing and garnishing all menu items.  Practices proper food and knife handling.  Uses and applies proper kitchen safety procedures and basic cooking skills.  Maintain a clean workstation during service time.  Disinfects and sanitizes cutting boards and worktables.  Ensures kitchen and Health Department sanitation requirements are always maintained.  Other duties as assigned.  Must have related kitchen tools  Qualifications: Education and Experience: High School Diploma and/or GED preferred 1 year restaurant experience preferred Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age.  Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.  Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
