Design reusable assets and conduct design reviews. ⦁ Deliver high-quality code across applications, databases, and integrations. ⦁ Optimize code, debug complex routines, and develop code generators and pilot implementations for reusable components, ensuring defect-free production-ready code. ⦁ Work closely with other teams to ensure alignment on project goals and technology implementations. ⦁ Provide technical guidance to peers and help maintain delivery consistency and code quality ⦁ Identify proof of concepts (PoCs) for emerging programming independently develop PoCs for new technologies and complex modules ensuring timely delivery. ⦁ Provide inputs for multi-technology and multi-language high risk deployments. ⦁ Evaluate and implement technical services to meet high-quality service (QoS) requirements, ensuring alignment with business and IT key performance indicators (KPIs). ⦁ Create reusable assets and deliver defect-free, impactful code to achieve quality benchmarks and Zero-Defect Delivery. ⦁ Support complex projects by resolving technical challenges and reducing risk exposure. ⦁ Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and enhance project outcomes. ⦁ Support test automation and execute test strategies to drive quality improvements.
