Under your technical leadership, the team will utilize model-based systems engineering principles and Agile development process to perform operational concept development, feasibility studies, design, development, performance modeling, and hardware/software evaluation.
In this role you will:
• Leading a medium size team of Systems Engineers on EW related programs.
• Managing all system engineering content and work products.
• Drive the implementation of Model Based Systems Engineering and Agile development principles.
