BAE Systems Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISR) business area is seeking a Principal Program Quality Engineer in the Adaptive Communication & Sensing (AC&S) Product Line. Our Quality Engineering team plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our C4ISR AC&S Product Line, which are used by military and government agencies around the world. Responsibilities: • Lead quality engineering efforts to develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards for C4ISR Tactical Systems programs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and implement corrective actions as needed • Develop and maintain quality engineering documentation, including quality plans, procedures, and reports • Manage PMR/MRB process including review and disposition of nonconfomances and variances • Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, including AS9100 • Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior engineers and quality engineers • Analyze and resolve complex quality issues, and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
