Typical duties assigned to this position: • Lead a software team through Agile software engineering design and development • Employ your expertise, decision making skills, and independent judgment in technical areas • Lead Design Review activities including generating presentation materials, • Communicate essential information and coordinate with engineering disciplines and functions • Support the development of program schedules, earned value criteria, and productivity metrics for efficient performance as needed • Influence and contribute to Software Design and Architectural Decisions • Ensure the established software development process is implemented successfully • Support important program capture and proposal teams with software baselines that include development and cost/scheduling estimation • Develop and present material to customers and interface with external stakeholders • Work with Discipline Section Leads to determine program staffing needs and “right person/right job”
