CEMA provides next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. We are looking for a self-motivated engineering leader to join our technical leadership team in the Advanced Compact Electronic Warfare Systems product line as a Technical Director. As a Technical Director, you will partner with our business development team and business area leads to engage with customers, and support development of technical solutions that meet our customer needs. The technical director will also lead architecture trade studies to support new business capture, respond to customer requests for information, and author white papers, and technical volumes for proposals.
