The Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) organization within the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solution (CEMA) Business is seeking an experienced leader to guide multiple development programs through preparation activities in order to drive successful manufacturing execution. The ACES organization will be upgrading legacy systems to provide protection to the customer for emerging threats. This leader will need to assure that our manufacturing capabilities are aligned with design expectations to influence bottom line impact. This role will reported directly to the ACES Product Line Director. In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Key expectations of the role include: • Plans, manages, coordinates, organizes, controls, integrates, and executes transition expectation for large, classified development programs for successful production launch. • Support Program Managers and Operations Program Managers to achieve financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Participates in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company. Models and demonstrates strong leadership in ethics, safety and security. • Coordinate transition to production lesson learned and best practices across the entire portfolio. Share lessons across multiple Business Areas. • Effectively coordinate with program management, engineering, quality and operations leaders (new product introduction teams)
