Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and testing of complex mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements. The Manufacturing Technician will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. This position is available for a 1st shift schedule and is based out of Nashua, NH (NHQ). The work schedule is a 4/10- Monday-Thursday & the hours are 5am-3:30pm. Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and test complex electromechanical systems, including sub-assemblies and final products • Sub-assemblies may include wire bonding • Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and test equipment • Follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a cleanroom environment • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues and defects • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly processes and reduce defects • Maintain accurate records and documentation of assembly activities, including work orders, test results, and quality control data Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full- time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
