• Hands-on experience supporting secure, compliant network environments, ideally within DoD, defense, or similarly regulated industries.
• Ability to lead technical efforts, guide small project teams, and collaborate effectively with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency with enterprise tools including ServiceNow and network monitoring/management platforms.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain configuration baselines, installation standards, and project-related materials.
• Experience managing IDF environments, ensuring high levels of organization, cable management, labeling, and physical security.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a talent for assessing project phases, providing cost estimates, and contributing to design and implementation.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent experience (highly preferred).
• A proactive mindset, comfort operating in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to reliability, precision, and continuous improvement.
