The successful candidate will support complex terms and conditions negotiations between BAE Systems and our global supplier base. Working in close partnership with Subcontracts and Procurement teams, you will navigate the end-to-end execution of critical agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), General Terms and Conditions, Intellectual Property (IP) frameworks, and other agreement types. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape of the Aerospace and Defense industry, with specific expertise in U.S. Government contracting, including FAR and DFARS compliance.
