Enter and process first and third-party payments; reconcile posted payments and deposits. Work insurance denials, rejections, collections, and appeals; document follow-up and resolution. Review Central Receiving Facility (CRF) admissions insurance and financial information weekly and assist individuals served with payment questions and options.
