Job Details: Job Location: Wilsbach Distributors, Inc. - Harrisburg, PA, PA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School or equivalent, Salary Range: $24.51Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Warehouse, Responsible for accurate and efficient picking of  product to meet customer needs and stacking product on pallets to ensure loads are stable for delivery. Comply with all Wilsbach warehouse procedures. Follow all policies and procedures associated with operation of stand-up walkie riders, forklift and other equipment as assigned. Work safely and comply with WDI policies and processes to ensure proper material handling techniques including lifting, operating equipment, using appropriate PPE; and attend all required safety training. Responsible to take picked product to wrap machine for weighing and wrapping of product upon completion of order.  If the order has a quality issue, associate may be responsible for correcting order , restacking, and re-wrapping to ensure it is correct as needed. Responsible for the proper care and appropriate operation of company-assigned property and equipment, including plugging in for charging at end of work day. Responsible to meet attendance and reliability requirements to ensure product is picked and trucks are loaded in a timely manner. If qualified by management, safely move trucks in and out of Wilsbach warehouse and on Wilsbach property to load/unload products. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older Ability to count accurately and meet quality standards. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs routinely and up to 160lbs as needed. Ability to stand, walk, climb, reach frequently. Bend, stoop or crouch as needed. Previous warehouse picking experience a plus. Previous use of forklift and/or standup walkie equipment a plus. Minimum of H.S. Diploma or GED required. Driving:  Valid and clean driver’s license or state approved photo ID.
