What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments Assess and monitor resident conditions Respond appropriately to changes in condition Complete accurate and timely documentation Communicate with physicians, families, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team Provide leadership and support to nursing staff Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care What You Need Current North Carolina LPN license in good standing Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Dependable and team-oriented approach Commitment to excellent resident care Long-term care experience preferred, but not required New to long-term care?
