Define, implement, and drive best practices, processes, and strategies for Wi-Fi testing and validation. Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for Wi-Fi features and solutions. Collaborate with firmware, software, product management, and test teams throughout the product lifecycle. Analyze and troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi issues, identifying root causes and driving resolution. Ensure Wi-Fi products meet functional, performance, stability, and interoperability requirements across diverse environments. Review product requirements and designs, providing technical guidance to improve test coverage and quality. Mentor and support engineering teams on validation methodologies, tools, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in test automation, validation frameworks, and quality processes. Work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality wireless products on schedule.
