Audit and Assessment Management Audit Metrics and Reporting Audit findings closure rate Analyze audit results, lessons learned, and safety incidents. Support root cause analysis for quality and safety-related issues. Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 and the functional safety lifecycle. Experience with HARA, FMEA/DFMEA, FTA, FMEDA, safety concepts, and safety requirements management. Reviewed and assessed safety work products such as Safety Plans, Safety Cases, Technical Safety Concepts, verification plans, validation reports and confirmation-measures documentation. Audited cross-functional hardware, software, design, verification, and systems teams to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 across the product lifecycle by verifying work products, reviewing quality gates, and escalating critical issues.
