Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in reconciliation technologies and apply them to improve operations. Ensure all reconciliation processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with reconciliation operations. Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure the integrity and security of reconciliation data. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, regulators, and cross-functional teams. Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders regarding reconciliation strategies, progress, and challenges. Represent the bank in industry forums and conferences related to reconciliation technology. Implement the Technology Strategy and maintenance of reconciliation systems.
